passato di zucca e carote

Davvero un ottimo prodotto per quando non si ha tempo di cucinare. Ottimi ingredienti, solo

verdure (carote, patate, zucca e porro) e un po’ di sale. L’ho usato per preparare un risotto e devo dire che era ottimo.
