Smoky flavor reminiscent of bacon. I made a Mac & cheese recipe that was supposed to be topped with “bacon”. I couldn’t find any at store so used this to add the flavor.
Abbiamo acquistato questo insaporitore in bundle ancora un anno e mezzo fa, ma non abbiamo mai trovato un impiego utile... Fino a questo veganuary! In particolare, abbiamo usato l'Original per dare un sapore di bacon alla pancetta per la carbonara vegetale: usato da solo in gusto è molto "chimico", ma mescolato con altre spezie da un tocco in più al piatto.
