Really enjoying experimenting with this product. I’ve tried it on tofu and oyster mushrooms so far. Gives it a nice texture and a little goes a long way. It’s quite pricey but should last quite a while
I’ve never really cooked with Panko style breadcrumbs but these were the only vegan crumbs I could find. The product itself is easily accessible, well priced and tastes good. I just need to adapt and use a few more times.
Gives the perfect crumb. I used this for my mozzarella sticks out amazing. Great texture, clean ingredients and #glutenfree
