I made this with silken tofu and it was perfect… I made a dessert for friends … I crushed Biscoff cookies and put them in the bottom of individual dessert cups .. added the pudding … topped with vegan whipped cream and stuck a Biscoff cookie in the cream .. delicious.. if only I had remembered to take a photo … oh well … lol #ditchdairy
