Claims to be only one ingredient: lentil flour. Despite the stupidass plastic film window, I liked this product. Got it on sale, doubt I'd pay the normal price for it. The whole box is easily eaten in a sitting; I'm not a big guy. Nutrition in a box: 53g protein, 90% dv fiber, 75% iron, no sodium or saturated fat. Produces a thick foam as it's cooking like chickpea pasta does, but the end product tastes good, not great.
