It’s so rare to find this type of pasta without it containing eggs. It takes a while to cook, but it has a nice texture and it’s really tasty. Goes great with TJ’s vegan bolognese.
Lovely thick noodles! I haven’t had pappardelle in a while since most of them have egg. These are eggless woohoo! Absolutely delicious! Enjoyed with homemade eggplant parm and marinara sauce 😉
