I add hemp seeds to salads, pasta, oatmeal and on top of fresh fruit bowls. It’s a great way to get omegas and protein added into your meal. They have a great texture (slightly soft and chewy) and no real flavor.
My go to brand. I always buy the organic option. I add this to everything!
