Ooey, gooey fudgey brownies are my favorite! I did not follow the recipe. It called for 2 eggs, so I used an egg replacer instead. The batter was crumbly and a little dry, so I added 1/3 cup of oatmilk, which was a major improvement! Oh, and I like my brownies super chocolatey, so I added lots of chocolate chips.
