One of my seasonal favorites! I usually add extra mushroom and kale. Throw a little black garlic seasoning in there (also by Trader Joe’s). And some fresh cracked pepper.

Whenever I hear creamy I’m afraid to try something. Frankly it’s never vegan anyway. But this is pretty flavorful and I love mushrooms so this is a winner. It has an earthy taste to it so might not be for everyone.

Really tasty soup that feels home-made. Very flavorful, I liked the slices of mushrooms and other veggies. But it was not cheap ($4.50 I think) and the packaging sucks (plastic) so I will probably not repurchase.
