This is an absolute winner. I prepped this with stir-fried capsicums, broccoli and mushrooms mixed with pasta sauce and this generously serves for 4. Had the obvious chickpea flavour of course and is too filling than regular wheat pasta. Only problem is this gets cooked too fast so don’t take the cooking instructions in the packaging too seriously, try to undercook a bit and it’ll be just perfect. 👌🏼

These are soooo good! Definitely one of the best pastas I’ve ever had. Organic + chickpea = happy me. I put these in some vegan Alfredo, and they worked perfectly. Give ‘em a shot.
