I love these shakes! You get 20 grams of vegan protein with only 9 grams
of carbs and 0 grams of added sugar. The whole thing is not very big (11 fl. oz./330 mL) so you don't feel heavy and full like you ate a whole meal.
This is perfect as a snack on the go or to have with a sandwich for lunch. Or if you're trying to lose weight, I suppose you could drink one to substitute a whole meal. It's only 150 calories!
They're just about $2.50 apiece (USD) when you buy them at Costco in a box of 18. Great value!
All the ingredients are organic, soy-free, gluten-free, and non-GMO. And the chocolate flavor is delicious. If I had to think of one criticism, sometimes the flavor is almost too sweet. Most of the time it's fine though, I just wait until I'm in the mood for something sweet. LOL
I give this product a huge thumbs up! I drink one almost every day.

Overall pretty good. 220 calories, 7g fat, 29g carbs, and 16g protein. It has pretty
good ingredients such as pea protein, fruits, and veggies. But it’s not my favorite vegan protein drink.

Not my favorite… had that weird artificial sweetener taste … it contained monk fruit which
I like … so it may have been something else that had that same aftertaste… however I’m glad they have a vegan choice.
