Piatto pronto che ti salva il pranzo o la cena. Ha un retrogusto piccante ed è molto salato. Complessivamente buono!
Il sapore è sorprendente: il sughetto è saporito e originale. Le orecchiette restano ben divise tra loro e la dose non basta per due perché è difficile farlo avanzare.
