The hazelnut/avellanas is a type of nut that is commonly used in various culinary applications. It has a sweet and nutty flavor, with a slightly bitter undertone. The avellanas variety is similar to the hazelnut but has a slightly different taste and texture. Both types of nuts are rich in nutrients, including healthy fats, protein, and fiber. They can be eaten raw, roasted, or used in baking and cooking to add a delicious crunch and flavor to dishes.

So after realising how bad #almondmilk is for the bees I may want to switch to a less harmful alternative 😢 and that might just be this? Hazelnut are polluted by the wind and are typically grown in more moist climates unlike almonds where water is less of an issue. Soy is still always gonna be my go-to because it’s 1/4 the price of this, but perhaps as a treat? It tastes pretty good and is really creamy too 💕 Food systems are complex and I’m glad so many on this app are doing what they can in their power to make little changes in this world 🐮 Maybe OraSí can by getting rid of that terrible pull tab too! #ditchdairy #savethebees #hazelnutmylk
