Sesame Tahini

I Absolutely love Tahini. It was an acquired taste at 1st. Why I don't know. I may have had a bad batch.
This one from OhMega is quite runny, yet very nice and I noticed it doesn't settle (split) very much like others I have had.
I eat it just like that out of the jar... With Fresh Dates 😜😋.

Nothing but crushed sesame seeds in this paste - add chickpeas, garlic and lemon juice and we’re on our way to hummus heaven. #greyton

Honestly not one of my favourite tahinis as it leans more towards the bitter side than others but once blended with some lemon juice, a little crushed garlic and olive oil it's fine as a dressing or paste 😌
