Sauerkraut

This goes well with Fry’s hotdogs or any vegan sausage and a bonus is that it comes in a glass jar. #greyton

I put this in salad and it adds a nice pickle-ish taste. It's healthy and helps your gut health.

It’s good with food like stew, curry etc. also I add it to salad 👌🏽goes good with sandwiches. Also with soup etc. taste is ok 👍🏾. Easily available in small supermarkets like PnP etc.

Great sauerkraut, not too sour and perfect taste.
