Those are the banks of upstream River Khwae Yai (aka Kwai), 15 minutes outside of the closest hamlet Nam Tok (itself a satellite town to Kanchanaburi). Point is, I'm in the middle of nowhere, and when the hotel says they don't have non-dairy milk that isn't sweetened coconut cream, then I'm having to turn to my own emergency supplies. They usually have soy milk in the hotels but I tried this one with #calcium for a day. Just delicious, one of the best #plantmilk I've ever had. Found in a Mini market in Railey, it was the cheapest choice.
Tastes good and has quite creamy texture, so it is quite suitable for making latte as well as cooking. I like to make cocoa latte and matcha latte with Goodmate.
