Bought this on the way to a concert: If you’re after an affordable meal while you’re out and about in the city, M&S has some great grab-n-go salads for you. This has just loads of good stuff. Seeds and beans and nuts and quinoa and greens and dips and a nice dressing too.

5\5 for everything. Wow. Finally some shop where the grab and go option is not a curry\falafel wrap. Rich taste and texture, complete of all nutrients, really impressive.
