YUM this cashew cheese is amazing. I’d call it more of a dip than a cheese though. It’s very spreadable- it would be great on a wrap as well as crackers. It’s probiotic and vegan AND gluten free...it’s like magic?! It’s entirely made of cashews so definitely not a low calorie snack though!
It’s terrible to be addicted to this $16 jar of fermented cheese ... only good thing is that I don’t have to trek into Byron to get it. Both the Cheesy Cashew and Garlic flavours are doing good things ✨💖
