I would say this is better than dairy butter. It’s always soft enough to cut
but hard enough that it keeps it’s shape. It also melts a bit easier than normal cow butter. There is quite a lot in here that as long as you aren’t baking it can last for months. It tastes exactly like cow butter as I have had them side by side on toast and couldn’t taste any difference. I would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a butter replacement. #veganin2020
