Made some vegan chocolate chip cookies with the nuttelex butter and it tasted amazing. Tastes

My favourite vegan butter that is wallet-friendly and easily available in NTUC, Cold Storage (spotted
in Sheng shiong too!) 🧈🥪 This is my 5th box of butter! This is such a good product. It tastes really similar to real butter. I add this to my dishes as well and it melts the same. Love it on toast. 🤤 Five stars!!!!

It just absolutely tastes like butter! The only funny thing I noticed about it was that the taste lands on your palate kind of late. I had a friend review this to confirm it for me @dafnelately 😂
It’s so reliable for my absolute favourite “basic” western sides 🤪 , especially roasted veges, mushrooms and some kind of potato (it’s mash in the first food pic) 😋 My tofu scramble would be lost without it; my toast, lonesome. Most astonishingly, I experienced such catharsis when it worked just the same for my fried bitter gourd with curry leaves (which once had salted egg but now having #veganised this recipe with black salt, sugar, MSG and this heroic #veganbutter )
Nutritionally checks all the boxes. The packaging is such a solid quality, I can’t imagine not repurposing this!

🐱Neko Manma (Cat rice), another dish inspired by Midnight Diner. I veganized 🌱 it with
Nuttelex vegetable spread instead of butter. I replaced Japanese white rice to multigrain rice and soy sauce to organic tamari sauce.
Let the vegetable spread melt in the hot rice, add in just few drops of organic tamari sauce (not too much else it will overpower the fragrance of vegetable spread), mix them well. This combination is so appetising 🤤 , eat it on its own or you can pan fried some Omnimeat Luncheon to pair with the Neko Manma. Simplicity is blessing 😌💚 .

You’d be hard-pressed to tell it apart from the regular bovine udder excrement fat spread apart from its taste being somewhat delayed; More palate than nose 🤌 Honestly, why’d you ever go back to “real butter” 😏 #ditchdairy
