Forgive me for not knowing that there were grades to #tempeh 😫 I was raised

on the stuff and thought they were all kind of the same. Not bad, just y’know.. tempeh is tempeh? This was really good! They’ve sort of dialed in on the starchiness, probably due to whatever beans they’re using. Good for salads, as a deep-fried condiment to accompany rice, or in stir-frys 😋 #veganisnotscary #reviewwithaview

This is a very thicccc slab of tempeh, compared to the handmade ones we can

get in 🇲🇾 wet markets which is wrapped in banana leaves/plastic.
It’s THICC enough to give it that meaty texture and it’s SUPER SOFT, great for curries & saucy dishes as they soak up all the flavours without the tempeh hardening real fast

The best tempeh I have found in Australian supermarkets. Delicious every time. #veganisnotscary
