Forgive me for not knowing that there were grades to #tempeh 😫 I was raised
on the stuff and thought they were all kind of the same. Not bad, just y’know.. tempeh is tempeh? This was really good! They’ve sort of dialed in on the starchiness, probably due to whatever beans they’re using. Good for salads, as a deep-fried condiment to accompany rice, or in stir-frys 😋 #veganisnotscary #reviewwithaview
