I've been vegan for many years, but as a stressed grad student, I noticed more
hair than normal in my hair brush this past year. I stated taking these, and within a few weeks, the amount of hair I used to brush out in one day I now brush out in a week! I've been taking this for 2 months now. I got it on Amazon. Many reviews say this product gave people acne, but that is because it contains biotin, which can cause acne break outs. I have chronic acne and this product did not increase my acne at all. But that's just my body! #veganisnotscary
