Amazing cheese! First time I tried it and it’s cashew based and really yummy! I found it at Grocery Outlet. Only note that after you open it, it doesn’t last as long as some other cheeses. So use it within a week or else it will mold!
These are really good and I thought they melted decently. I would definitely try in another flavor that wasn't so spicy.
This vegan cheese was very cheesy and tasty. It is grated very long so it feels more like freshly grated cheese. I love the mildy fiery flavor of these vegan cheese shreds. Goes great on a vegan taco salad.
