This grated parmesan impressed me.
It has very good aroma and you
do not taste the coconut oil and it can melt😉
I put it on my pasta and also in my veggie soup, was delicious. I mixed with cheddar version of this brand and put it in microwave on my bread, melted and mixed well👌
Normally I don't look for a parmesan replacement because I m just blending some dry cashews but if you r looking for a melting version it can be the one.
Found it in Leclers in La Rochefoucauld, it was around 2.5€.
Ingredients: modified starch, water, coconut oil %10, natural aromas, salt, sugar, acidity corrector, fibers, calcium carbonate, colorant, vitamin B12.
