Nurishh brands mozzarella style slices are good and remind me of chao cheese in texture.
This cheese melted well on an open-faced bagel in my toaster oven, but I imagine it may be hard to melt if trying to use inside a sandwich or quesadilla on a stove. I would buy this again as long as it’s not too pricey.

I have mixed feelings about this cheese - eating it as it is, it's definitely

This cheese is so good. Melts nice and taste great! Pretty close to tasting like
dairy based mozz.... Good in general but was really great melted In a sandwich or grilled cheese :). Highly reccomend anyone that wants some cheesy goodness. #MerryChristmas
