This was a no. Not a fan of the texture, “fishy” smell threw me off a bit … and these are expensive for the tiny portion you get. I’ll stick with my full calorie pasta. #veganin2022 #abillionlove

This a great vegan option and low calorie pasta. The downside is that the pasta has a weird smell so you need to prewash it well and let it soak in our sauce for a bit. But overall good!
Don’t understand why people rave about these noodles. They are chewy and disgusting, even after pan frying them alone for 15 mins. Maybe I’m not making them right but there are much better bean noodles out there. Took 2 bites and threw it out - just can’t get over the rubbery texture.
