Cioccolato fondente al 72%. Il sapore è molto buono, è amaro ma non troppo. Nonostante si definisca extra amaro, lo zucchero che è il secondo ingrediente si sente, soprattutto per chi è abituato a fondenti con percentuali maggiori. Adoro! È un periodo che sono in fissa con il cioccolato (periodo piuttosto lungo devo ammettere) di solito compro le marche del supermercato, in questo caso l'ho trovato in un piccolo alimentari, che di vegano aveva praticamente solo questo , e lo trovo amaro al punto giusto, fondente al punto giusto (Io però non amo i sapori troppo dolci) penso che lo riacquisterò
