These are really good patties. They are thinner and crispier than most others. Great texture. Definitely one of the better options out there.

This is the first product I’ve tried from NotCo. I’ve heard that their milk is quite good, but as someone who never enjoyed dairy milk, a realistic milk doesn’t appeal to me. Since there’s been such good fanfare I was excited to try these patties. The patties are flat, circular and quite thin, like the Impossible version - and not at all like the photo on the bag. I baked them in the oven. They released quite a bit of grease and even though I cooked them longer than instructed and broiled them at the end, they remained a softer texture than expected. The flavor was pretty neutral. Not bad, but definitely needs some seasoning and/or sauce. These are fine and I would definitely eat them if they were the only option but I feel there are more satisfying options on the market. A 4-pack is regularly $9.99 at Sprouts but I had a coupon for $2 off. (If you shop at Sprouts I highly recommend you use the coupons on their app!) #veganchicken #veganchickenburger #notco
