It was epic. So delicious, soft, chewy (rather than crumbly), tender and chocolaty! 😋😉
This recipe yielded exactly 18 cookies (wow) 😳 I doubt I can even finish
Noshu chocolate baking chips were decent enough for me -petite and... idk how else to describe lol- well at least I'm saying this from my 1st firsthand experience with these💁
They're considered somewhat pricey for only 150g, maybe I'll just chop up some choc bars next time ~

I wasn't looking for sugar free choc chips to use in my choc chip cookies,
but my supermarket only had these vegan ones available, so I thought I'd try them. They turned out to be quite nice in my cookies. 🙂 🍪

This is an okay vegan sugarfree chocolate chips. But this is not my personal favourite.
I honestly think cutting up any sugarfree dark chocolate bars would taste richer more flavorful and be more affordable. But this is convenient for baking, it melts great in the oven and versatile for many baked goods. #veganin2020
