Our vegan marinated feta is lovingly handcrafted from our own almond milk which we turn into creamy curd and then into our deliciously creamy, salty and tangy feta. It is then pot marinated in a combination of Western Australian extra virgin olive oil and sunflower oil with red chilli, peppercorns as well as fresh thyme and rosemary.
