Great idea but it’s definitely not like actual Brie. The consistency is quite soft and the taste is a bit bland. Overall though it works well with some cherry tomatoes and/or olives on a cheese board.

Well, this was disappointing 🙁 It had no texture or Brie whatsoever. It was so mushy and soggy. I don’t recommend this! At least don’t call it a Brie. My last 3 reviews are so negative 😂😅
I really liked this brie, light taste and quite soft. But perfect on a nice piece of bread. Recently tried their feta which was really yum.
