Great spicy #noods. I added broad beans, spinach and tofu to make it a #lazyvegan
meal. I'm a major wuss when it comes to spice, so this is about as spicy as I can handle. Yums 😋

Two of my favourite instant noodles are both from Nong Shim 😊 I love the
texture of the noodles strands, so chewy! I wanted to try the Soon Veggie ramyun too, but my local supermarket doesn’t carry that 🥺 Anyway, I love this noodle so much. Convenient for late work days since restrictions have lifted. I love having this with a side of homemade kimchi too! #veganisnotscary

The noodles are thicker and tasty. They have soya chunks which was interesting. The soup
is super spicy. My taste buds could not at all handle the spice levels in every bite 🌶🌶🌶. I’ll skip this one for the other options available. It is a good try for anyone who wants spicy instant noodle options.
