Definitely not the healthiest but we do like this when we need something quick! Spicy

and vegan! Added some frozen veg medley to it and some cilantro to give it a little extra something! Unfortunately it does contain palm oil.

These instant noodles are practical and tasty, the quality is way higher than other packaged

noodles and I was happy to see they offer a number of vegan alternatives. This was quite spicy (as the box mentions), so be warned! They can be garnished with some chopped vegetables for a complete meal.
