Gourmet spicy shin ramyun noodle

This is my absolute favourite ramen. I buy these in a 6 pack from PAT

Supermarket in Mississauga. The broth is so spicy and delicous. I usually add a tsp of mayo, lots of green onion and chilli oil or black bean chilli sauce. For an indulgence, cheese and crispy onion (pictured) !

So good! I loved this flavor before going vegan, I was so glad they made

a vegan version. It definitely didn’t disappointed my!

Love the taste of this, but be warned, I like spicy food and I only

poor half of the spices in this. I like the bits of mushroom, they add a bit of bite.

Btw, this product isn't labeled as vegan, but I looked up the e-numbers and they are all plant based, including e322 which is from soy according to the packaging.

These have always been fantastic 😍 glad they are vegan
