There was a strong taste of saltiness and it was very filling. So you only need one of this to fill a hole in your stomach for lunch! What I dislike: The amount of Palm Oil is present and the preservatives as well. I have listed out the ingredients to help you be conscious on the list, when you go out and see this product in Sainsbury's! I don't know why Palm Oil is used when there are better alternatives and much more sustainable like olive oil. My final verdict: It is nice that Sainsbury's are putting put more plant based alternatives for the meat eaters to have the option. But I really think they can do a lot better in the department for Palm Oil.
