Very tasty cheez that does taste like Swiss cheese - very rich in flavour. The way it is presented is not very attractive: it looks like a block of old dried up paint. And the label is also from the 1990s, that could be massively improved. But don't be deceived: the taste and texture is delicate, much better than most of the vegan cheeses I have tried.

Omg, what a taste of cheese. As the packaging states, it's a rather strong one. Reminds me of comté or gryere. The consistency is OK for me, my non vegan wife didn't like it because of that. But really give it a try, if you're into strong cheese. It's a gamechanger
quite intense in flavor so would only recommend if you like that type of cheese. i prefer milder ones but it might be quite nice to grate on pasta. from the great people at everyday vegan grocer :)
