Great vegan sausage. A perfect substitute for meat sausage. I make these in a cast
iron skillet and they come out really great.

My new favorite Italian sausage! Perfectly flavored! We cooked them in the slow cooker with
sauerkraut and they were fantastic. I am sorry we did not buy more , because I had to share. Now that we know how good they are we will load up! Looking forward to trying their other products as well!

I heard good things about this so I was excited to try it. Unfortunately it
didn’t really have too much flavor, and even though I loaded my pizza with the sausage I could barely taste it. I tried a few pieces by themselves and they taste similar to the Tofurky sausage (not very “meaty”). I prefer the Beyond sausage way more over this, though I’d be down to try their other chicken & bacon products.

We enjoyed these sausages chopped up into a homemade vegan rice a roni dish! They
aren't super great by themselves but in a dish they're perfect! Also tons of protein, good amount of fiber, iron & b vitamins!

I was pleasantly surprised. The first one I made into a sandwich with onions and
cheese. I like the spices.  I don't use a lot of vegan prepared meat substitutes but it was a great sale. I probably would not pay full price for it but I definitely enjoyed it. The packaging was more earth friendly than most and it was easy to freeze unused portions.
