These are good! I made a cashew nut based tomato sauce, added some pesto, fried mushrooms and onions and nutritional yeast, and presto 😉

These are the best! I used them in an avo pesto last night 😍😍

What’s the only thing that’s better than zero cruelty? Zero calories! These noodles have very little flavor but a really nice texture, so they’re great for any meal that has some flavorful elements to it.

@greenpiglet I got them from Diskem. They have a couple different options

Very tasty already cooked noodles. Just open the box,  open the bag the noodles are I'm drain the water rinse the noodles and put then into whatever meal you are making. Very tasty and delicious

Around 5 calories for the entire box (2 servings). The noodle is quite bland so a good sauce is needed. I made a creamy basil pesto sauce. To be honest I didn’t enjoy this product because the noodle was way too chewy.

Excellent alternative to pasta. No starch no sugar no carbs and only .2g of fat. These noodle are created from the root of the Asian an Konica plant which is comprised of mostly water.

The noodles are soy, wheat, gluten, carb, sugar, starch, and lactose free and only have 0.2g of fat per serving, making them a really healthy and delicious option, for a nice snack.
