These use to be one of my favourite cereals , I haven’t had in years , was delighted when my daughter found these for me Had mine with oat milk and some chopped walnuts Wow so so good 😊 Was wondering why it was so sweet and that I didn’t need to add anything Guess in my excitement I didn’t read the ingredients, so be careful itvhas sugar , syrup so kj per serving is quite high , so maybe not a regular everyday breakfast but a spoil when needed

Loved these when i was little now my little one loves them too. They go really super soft if you leave them to soak up all the mylk so great for my bubba as she only has a few teeth. Says vegan on the box. #veganuary #cereal #breakfast
