Maggi Noodles are instant #noodles which are very famous in India. I like their taste and used to love it when I was young and would have it once or twice in a month, but now I know it's not healthy so I have it occasionally. Most of the time I cook them with lot of #vegetables like Onion, Tomato, Capsicum, Carrot, Peas, Corn and Coriander leaves (shown in last picture) to enhance the flavour and for nutrition, sometimes I just have them plain. It comes with a tastemaker inside so normally there is no need to add extra spices but then it depends on everyone's preference. While having these outside (street side or restaurant), one has to make sure if no dairy products like butter, mayonnaise, cheese or cottage cheese are added as these days people are adding them everywhere (dairy obsession). It is reasonably priced and mostly available everywhere in India, even in most remote locations. #vegan #veganisnotscary #vegannoodles #indianfood #veganfood #veganfortheanimals #govegan #ditchdairy #dairyfree
Maggi 2 minute noodles has a new variety in their instant noodles range. I still miss the thrilling curry, tomato, curry and rice noodles like Shahi pulao and lemon rice noodles range.
Uso esse tempero defumado nas minhas carnes de soja, nos meus legumes, muito bom !
#notecofriendly It's clearly #unsustainable because of the plastic pakage and another one for the condiment (and the brand is unsustainable itself). Also, it contains palm oil. It tastes great though! I add peas, half grated carrot, a pinch of salt and a some ketchup to enhance the flavour.
