It can be difficult finding gluten free and vegan options. This is a great cereal
for those. I bought these for my mum who isn’t vegan and is often skeptical about trying vegan foods but she adores these as an alternative breakfast. After finding out she wasn’t good at digesting gluten she started boiling eggs in the morning for breakfast where she’d usually have oats and cereal so I got her these to try and sneakily help her reduce her consumption of animal products and she loves them and has them every morning now. Sold very cheap in home bargains and aldi has them on special buy at the moment too- but can be found in pretty much every supermarket
