Dried black chickpeas from Italy. These are tastier than normal chickpeas (also they

contain more iron and fibre). They require more time to soak in the water (two days) but it's totally worth it. I love that in Italy we have such a diversity in beans (also cereals, vegetables...). When cooked they're dark brown, not completely black (3rd picture).

Non li avevo mai assaggiati prima, hanno un sapore leggermente più forte rispetto ai classici

ceci. Lasciati in ammollo per 24h e poi fatto cuocere per circa 1h, utilizzati poi per realizzare un fantastico hummus. Confezione in carta ed economici

variare anche con i legumi!

Veramente troppo buoni! Hanno un gusto più delicato rispetto ai ceci bianchi, ammollo e cottura

sostanzialmente identiche.
