Dried black chickpeas from Italy. These are tastier than normal chickpeas (also they
contain more iron and fibre). They require more time to soak in the water (two days) but it's totally worth it. I love that in Italy we have such a diversity in beans (also cereals, vegetables...). When cooked they're dark brown, not completely black (3rd picture).
