#naturespath #vegan #veganisnotscary #vegangranola #granola #highinfibre #highiniron #doitforthereview #organic #highinprotein About 1-2 months ago, I found this box of Nature’s Path Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola cereal at Grocery Outlet. I don’t remember the price, but it was probably less than $3. I haven’t bought cereal in a while, but I got this box for the review. The ingredient list is very clean. In fact, most of the ingredients are organic. This really appeal to me. This granola is extremely high in fibre, iron and protein. Each 1 cup serving provides 32% of your day’s recommended fibre and 22% of your day’s recommended iron. This granola is absolutely delicious. The pumpkin seeds and cinnamon are nice touches. I would definitely get this again.

This Nature’s Path Organic Pumpkin Seed + Flax Granola is one of my favorite cereals/granolas. It has a sweet oat flavor. It’s almost too sweet for me personally, but it’s a treat for me so it’s okay. It has a subtle cinnamon note in the background. The rice puffs have a slight crispiness to them. The oat clusters give it a crunchiness. The pumpkin and flax seeds give a pleasant, earthy contrast to the sweetness. I would say this is a generally healthy product. One serving provides 700mg of ALA, 31g of whole grains, 5 grams of fiber, and 6g of protein. The sugar content and the oil kind of turn me off though. But at least it contains mostly unsaturated fat and only a little saturated fat. And it contains healthy rolled oats, pumpkin seeds, and flax seeds. I quite fancy the look of the cardboard box that the granola bags come in. It gives natural and healthy vibes. This product is USDA Organic, Non GMO Project Verified, and certified organic by Quality Assurance International (QAI). Both the cardboard box and the plastic bags are recyclable. My mother purchased this family sized box at Walmart for $8.98. Which is pretty dang pricy, but it’s only a once in a good while purchase for me. #granola #vegangranola #naturespath #organic #nongmo #vegan #veganfortheanimals #wholegrains #oats #seeds #cinnamon #sustainable #familyowned #veganuary2024 #veganuary #healthy #honeybelongstothebees #cereal

Delicious! Unlike some of their other granolas, this one is pretty loose; I actually prefer that it doesn’t have any big clusters. It’s still nicely crunchy, though! It’s somewhat sweet, with a slight hint of cinnamon, and it goes great with a generous helping of unsweetened yogurt and fresh berries. I also tried this granola with the Trader Joe’s Oats & Seeds milk I reviewed recently, and that was spectacular — they really compliment one another nicely, and it all serves to amplify that fantastic, wholesome pumpkin seed flavor. If you like buying in bulk as much as I do, you can find these large bags at Costco.
