Okay this product does not contain any seasoning. I tried to eat as "rice" and to me it was bland. So next meal I made a little salad with lots of lime (which I love), some salt and olive oil and it was greaat! It looks small, but definitely you can get at least 2 meals out of it. Def worth purchasing!

Great for when you want to add a quick vegetable to a meal. I personally don’t think it replaces rice but we do like seasoning it (lemon and cilantro or taco powder) and adding it to tacos. It cooks/heats up quickly in the microwave.
