Coconut Butter Scotch Sauce

Oh yeah 😋 Excellent accompaniment to the ice-cream I was having (it's the Kahlua by -12 degrees, if only I could link to that review). Treacly sweetness without too overpowering a note of coconut, divine 👍 #veganisnotscary #butterscotch

I’m a big fan of this sauce — I’ve tried making my own from coconut milk, and it’s never turned out very well. There’s a lot in the jar, too! I drizzled this on top of some Butterbeer Waffles for a themed brunch I prepared. This goes great on top of ice cream, pancakes, drinks.... anything really! 😹🧇🍨

😱 Out of this world delicious.  This is one of @[Nature's Charm](brand-5c873fbbf8d32a0004e0ffbe) best sauces.  I am a big fan from the start of their products, but I do have a sweet tooth. A LOT of sugar in it!

It is a rich #[butterscotch](hashtag-5f94f72e60def6be60bf0685) sauce, full of sweetness and "toe curling" moments. It is really good.

I did not know what to do with it and did not want to end up behind a door hiding with a spoon  😳 .  So I made filled aquafaba meringues nests.  I simply beat a bottle of orley wip, added the sauce and filled the nest which I baked a couple of weeks ago ( @[maryanarch](user-618042d0aeab5d00957f2af1) ) with it, topped it with #[pomegranate](hashtag-6004986a94584d488f45e9d0) and #[passionfruit](hashtag-5cc86ead33a3a9efa90f830b) (passion fruit from my garden😀 ).  A very easy and quick dessert for guests.

Wow! I wish I could grow my own passion fruit! It looks amazing :-)

It is one of the easiest things to grow, I plated mine during early summer, and within 4 months, I had my first fruit, but the fruit itself takes 3 months to ripen and fall off.  I am not so lucky with herbs.

You are so talented! I'd never be able to manage this! 

Thank you. It is the easiest thing to make, I promise you, I will share the meringues recipe.  The wonderful thing about it is that you can store them in an air-tight container for long periods and  those lazy days when you get guests.  If you make them once you will always, non-vegans won't know the difference.

AMAZING meringue nests !!!!!!! How long did it take in the oven ? Still drooling over my phone ! 🤗 🤗 🤗 

It kept its form while it were drying out.  I made also the swirly ones like you did but I also always make nests, as you can fill them with anything, they are fun to make and you don't need a steady hand, easy!

If you are looking for a perfect Butter Scotch sauce ... look no further... is it wrong to suck it right out of the jar? I enjoy this on vegan chocolate ice cream ... vanilla as well ... so many uses ...
