So just for reference, this is not a multivitamin. But none of the other subcategory’s
fit. It’s L-Lysine, used for a lot of things. However I take it to prevent cold sores. I’ve suffered with them since I was a child. While I still get them, I don’t GM get them as much. When I do I take a higher dose of L-Lysine .This one is vegan!! WIN-WIN!
