#organic Classic coconut milk is always good to add to curry. I appreciate that it is organic, but, I have used other brands of organic coconut milk that doesn’t have gum added to thicken it. I would still prefer one without any thickener. The original price S$7.40. I wouldn’t have bought it. It was way too expensive. Hubby bought it at 50% discount, which I felt to be a more reasonable price to pay.

I love this stuff. It’s creamy, and adds a nice texture to soups. Even if you don’t use the entire can, it keeps in the fridge for up to four days. It’s also versatile... use it for coconut cream. #ditchdairy
