Fabulous kimchi! This one is mild (North Korean Style). I got it because I wanted

my parents to try kimchi and I knew they'd prefer mild. Spicy kimchi is also available from this brand 👍

It’s tasty 😋 tbh I’d never had kimchi before so I don’t know if it’s

normal, but it’s a bit too salty. Sodium content is high but at least it’s pretty low calorie and has fiber. Spicyness was between 0-1 (out of 10) but you can definitely taste the pepper.

Perfectly balanced classic kimchi. Crunchy and flavorful, perfect addition to fried rice, noodles and in

this case I made a taco with a Trader Joe’s scallion pancake with nasoya korean bbq plant based steak topped with the kimchi and scallions and a drizzle of Japanese bbq sauce. A lot of things going on but it went really well together. Very enjoyable. The kimchi added a hint of heat as it’s the mild version.
