Very pleasantly surprised by these bangers!! I lightly fried them in a little olive
oil and had them in a bun with fried onions as a hotdog 🌭 . The texture is great and they held together well when cooking. A delightful peppery and herby taste. Would definitely have them again. These sausages are really nice, they’re quite similar to Richmond sausages in that they’re more
of a meat imitation, but they have a slightly different texture. They have a really nice flavour and cook well, and go great in a sandwich, with beans for breakfast or with mash and veggies for dinner. They’re not too expensive and are currently my go-to for vegan sausages, I definitely recommend them!

the taste of the sausages is good, although the texture is probably too soft for
my liking.
they are 'wrapped' in a gellish film, which means that until they are cooked they are very soft to handle, they are also quite small.
it's ok but has nothing that makes me think 'wow' if compared to the other products available on the same shelf at the supermarket.
