Orange Cuticle Conditioner

I've only been using this cuticle conditioner for a few days but can already tell a difference. The dry cracking areas caused by our dry winter are slowly improving. The only downside is that it takes a few minutes for the conditioner to fully absorb into the skin. If you choose this product, plan to brush the product on and then sit and wait for it to absorb into the skin.
